Our office is at ul. Starowiślna 42, in Kazimierz: about 15 minutes on foot from the Main Market Square and 25–30 minutes (about 1.9 km) from Kraków Główny railway station. It is the exchange office near Old Town Kraków that you reach on a walk through Kazimierz.

From ul. Szeroka it is about 4 minutes to us, from Plac Nowy about 10 minutes. This is the shortest route from the heart of Kazimierz.

From the Planty park it is about 10 minutes on foot. After sightseeing in the Old Town it is a good moment to exchange cash.

Is the exchange office open today?
The office is open Monday to Friday 9:00–20:00 and Saturday 10:00–20:00, and closed on Sunday. Online rate booking works only during opening hours. We do not work after 20:00 or on Sundays, so if you plan to exchange at the weekend, come on Saturday.

How does the 1-hour rate booking work?
- Choose the currency, the amount and the Kraków office.
- Enter your name, phone and e-mail — no account, no prepayment.
- A booking code arrives by e-mail and the rate is held for 1 hour.
- Come to ul. Starowiślna 42 and show the code at the counter.
Booking works only during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9:00–20:00, Sat 10:00–20:00). After an hour it expires and you need a new one. If you don't come, the booking is simply cancelled — no fees or penalties. If the cash desk does not have the whole amount, the manager will call you beforehand on the number from your order.

Amounts in different currencies are not added together, so 600 EUR plus 500 USD are two transactions at the standard rate. For other currencies the wholesale rate is available on request. Which banknotes do you accept?
We accept banknotes in the currencies on our list. Coins are accepted at the cashier's discretion and valued separately on-site. Whether older banknote designs are accepted is decided by the manager at the office, depending on the condition of the note. If a banknote does not suit you, we replace it immediately at the counter; after you leave the counter we cannot accept claims about banknotes. We issue banknotes in good condition only.
