From Warsaw Central station
Leave the station hall towards Al. Jerozolimskie and head east, towards Rondo Dmowskiego. The Palace of Culture and Science is on your left. Walk straight along the avenue for 5–7 minutes; the office is at number 47.
From Centrum metro (M1)
At street level walk west along Al. Jerozolimskie, towards Warsaw Central. The walk takes about 5 minutes.
From Nowy Świat
From Nowy Świat turn into Al. Jerozolimskie at the de Gaulle roundabout (the palm tree) and walk west past Rondo Dmowskiego.
Landmarks for pedestrians: Rondo Dmowskiego (Centrum tram and bus stop), Palace of Culture and Science, Złote Tarasy shopping centre, the Marriott hotel and Warsaw Central station. The office lies in the triangle between them.
Is the exchange office open today?
The exchange office at Al. Jerozolimskie 47 is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00–21:00, and closed on Sunday. Online rate booking works only during opening hours. You can come after work: on weekdays and Saturdays we close at 21:00.
How does our rate compare with the NBP rate?

How does the 1-hour rate booking work?
- Choose the currency, the amount and the Warsaw office.
- Enter your name, phone and e-mail — no account, no prepayment.
- A booking code arrives by e-mail and the rate is held for 1 hour.
- Come to Al. Jerozolimskie 47 and show the code at the counter.
Booking works only during opening hours (Mon–Sat 9:00–21:00). After an hour it expires and you need a new one. If you don't come, the booking is simply cancelled — no fees or penalties. If the cash desk does not have the whole amount, the manager will call you beforehand on the number from your order.

Which banknotes do you accept?
We accept banknotes in the currencies on our list. Coins are accepted at the cashier's discretion and valued separately on-site. Whether older banknote designs are accepted is decided by the manager at the office, depending on the condition of the note. If a banknote does not suit you, we replace it immediately at the counter; after you leave the counter we cannot accept claims about banknotes. We issue banknotes in good condition only.

Where to exchange money in Warsaw near the central station, with Ukrainian-speaking staff?
The office is at Al. Jerozolimskie 47, about 550 m (5–7 minutes on foot) from Warsaw Central station and about 5 minutes from Centrum metro (M1). From the station walk east along Al. Jerozolimskie, towards Rondo Dmowskiego. Staff in both our offices speak Polish, English and Ukrainian.
